Students attended the Louisville Advertising Federation’s 2014 High School Marketing Challenge Pre-Challenge Seminar this week. The seminar was held on the 25th floor of Humana’s Headquarters, allowing students to experience a true corporate environment as they listened to presentations by Humana’s brand manager and advertising professionals from some of Louisville’s top agencies.
The marketing challenge requires students to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for their client, Humana. The plan must include research, a survey, creative brief and a full advertising campaign with social media, print and out-of-home components. Students will present their work in mid-November, and compete against other public and parochial schools in the Louisville area.
